The Triad Golf Today Junior Tour (TGTJT) has been awarded
the following qualifying criteria events for the
sixth annual Joe Cheves Junior Invitational @ Mimosa Hills
in Morganton, N.C. on Sept. 6-7, 2008.
Overall boys and girls champions: TGTJT Atlantic Coast
Junior Masters (March 8-9)
Overall boys champion: NC State AAU Championship (June
21-22)
Overall girls champion: SunTrust Cup (Aug 18-19)

New Tarheel Youth Golf Association Rankings System In order
to present a more accurate and practical system,
the Tarheel Youth Golf Association will be altering the
North Carolina junior rankings beginning February 1, 2007.
Under the new system, players will be ranked based on the
average points earned in each rankings event played over
the past 12 months.
