To submit a Membership or an Event Registration by doing one
of the following:
1- Print the form and submit in the mail with payment.
2- You may open the Membership form or the Events Schedule
Form and on the browser menu choose: File, Save As, this
opens a dialog box which you then need to choose the file
type .txt or .doc.
Then save the file to your computer.
Complete the form, save it, and send TGTJT an email with
the form attached and the Charge Card information completed.
3- You may file your Visa or Master Card information with
TGTJT and submit your registration by email before the Closing
Date of the tournament by sending an email stating the players
name, event, and to apply it to your charge card without
having to submit your charge card information through email. If
your card information ever changes you can simply complete
the information on a form, call with an update, or change
it at a tournament.
